Our Homes

Fountain is an Adult Family Home that provides exceptional,person-centered care ina comfortable and home-like setting. We have two homes at two different locations. Fountain 1 in Tacoma and Fountain 2 in Lakewood. Our homes are thoughtfully designed to support the daily needs and well-being of our residents.

We offer a wide range of services including personal care, assistance with daily living activities, nutritious home-cooked meals and individualized support plans tailored to each resident. Our homes are also conveniently located near major hospitals like Tacoma General and St.Jospeh, allowing for easy access to specialized medical care whenever needed.

With support from visiting doctors, a Nurse Delegator and on-call specialists, we ensure every resident's medical needs are met promptly and professionally.
